Your profile
Your profile holds your name and the two emails turnda cares about — the one you sign in with, and a separate recovery email that is your fallback if you ever lose access.
Your name & business
| Field | What happens | Who can |
|---|---|---|
| Your name | The owner can edit this here. | Owner |
| Business name | Shown here, but edited in Locations — it comes from your primary location. | Anyone on the team |
| Organisation code | Shown read-only. It is baked into your links and cannot change. | Anyone on the team |
Your organisation codeThe short code for your business (up to 4 letters). It appears in your join links and posters, and you need it to recover access. is the short code for your business.
The two emails
| How it works | |
|---|---|
| Sign-in email | Where passwordless links go. Managed by your login provider, so it is read-only here. |
| Recovery email | Editable (owner only). The fallback used to recover the account. It must be different from your sign-in email, so a single lost inbox cannot lock you out completely. |
What can't change here
- The organisation code and sign-in email are fixed on this page. They are identity anchors.
- The business name lives with the location it belongs to. Change it in Locations.
- Everything genuinely yours to edit — your name and your recovery email — saves with Save changes.
Manager, not owner? You will see the profile read-only: “Only the owner can change the business profile.” That is expected — the owner's identity details are theirs to manage.
