Get help & contact support
Help is never more than a tap away — ask in your own words inside the app, search this centre for the full guides, and escalate to a human when something's genuinely broken.
Help inside the app
| Two tools live in the app's top bar | What happens |
|---|---|
| Ask turndaAI | Tap it and ask in plain words, like "why did that person get called first?" It answers from this help centre only — short answer first, then a Full details link to the exact article. It knows the page you're on, it's private, and if the answer isn't written here it says so instead of guessing. |
| Search or jump to… | Opens the command palette. It finds every page and every settings card, so "retention", "logo" or "priority" lands you on the right screen without hunting menus. |
This help centre
- You're in it. Every screen, setting and flow has a page here, grouped the way the app is.
- Use the search box (or the search shortcut here too) — it's instant and typo-tolerant, and jumps straight to the matching section.
- Most "it's not working" questions are answered fastest by the troubleshooting index, which matches symptoms to fixes.
Reach a human
When you need a person, the full playbook is on Contact support. The short version:
| If this happened… | Do this |
|---|---|
| A specific visitor's visit went wrong. | Queue → select the visitor → Report issue → Send to support. It bundles that visitor's full queue journey with your message, so support sees exactly where it broke. |
| Anything else. | Open Ask turndaAI and press Report an issue at the bottom of the panel. It creates a conversation you can follow on your Support page. |
Tip: Most "it's not working" questions are answered by the "If it goes wrong" box at the end of each guide — check there first; it lists the usual causes for that exact page.
