Transfers & the weekly digest
Two small owner-only switches, kept together in Settings — one about moving visitors between branches, one about a weekly summary landing in your inbox.
Cross-location transfer
| What | Detail |
|---|---|
| Allow transfers between locations | Off by default. Only about crossing between locations. |
| Within one location | The queue's Transfer action can always move a waiting visitor between that branch's own lines — this switch does not touch that. |
| Who can do a cross-location move | The owner only, and only once the account switch is on. Staff and managers keep transferring within their own location. |
| What happens to the ticket | A fresh ticket at the back of the destination line, with a new wait clock. Only the visitor's priority tier carries over, not their old place. |
Useful when one branch is slammed and another is quiet. For the queue-side steps — where the Transfer tile is and what the visitor sees on the new line — see Transfer a visitor.
The weekly digest
| What | Detail |
|---|---|
| Email me a weekly digest | On by default. Every Monday the owner gets a short email summary of the week just ended. |
| Who it goes to | One email per account, sent to the owner's sign-in address. |
| Turning it off | Turn it off here if you'd rather check Analytics yourself; the email's footer reminds you where. |
What the digest says
It opens with “Here's how the last 7 days went at {your business}” and covers the seven complete days before the send day — Monday itself rolls into next week's email.
| Figure | What it shows |
|---|---|
| Served | How many visitors you completed. |
| No-shows | The count, with the no-show percentage worked out for you. |
| Satisfaction | Your average rating out of 5, or “no ratings yet” if none came in. |
If you run several locations, the digest adds every branch together and says so — it is titled after “your {N} locations” rather than pretending one branch did it all.
Both are account-wide These aren't per-line — they set the behaviour for your whole account, and only the owner can change them. You'll find them alongside Priority tiers in Settings.
