Rate the visit
When a visit ends, you can invite the visitor — right on their tracker — to leave a quick 1–5 star rating. It's private feedback for you, and it feeds your satisfaction score.
The private rating
On the finished tracker the visitor sees “How was your visit?” with 1–5 stars, an optional comment box (“Anything you'd like to add?”) and a Send rating button.
Turning it on
| In a line's settings | What happens |
|---|---|
| Ask visitors to rate their visit | Switches the rating on. Off by default. |
| Ask for a written comment | Optional — adds the comment box. |
| Alert on a low rating | Set a threshold of 1–4 stars. You're alerted the moment someone leaves a bad rating, so a poor score pings you to follow up while it's fresh. |
Ratings vs Google reviews
Two different things. This star rating is private — it never leaves turnda. The Google-review ask is set per location, in Location details, and instead sends visitors toward your public listing.
- On the finished tracker — an “Enjoyed your visit? Leave us a review” button, once you've added your review link.
- By email — a review-ask email can go out after a completed visit.
The review email is deliberately restrained
| Rule | What it means |
|---|---|
| Needs your review link set | Nothing sends until you add it. |
| Only to a visitor who left an email address | No email address, no email. |
| Sends once per visit | Never repeated for the same visit. |
| Respects a per-contact cooldown | 30 days by default, yours to tune — so a regular is never nagged. |
When to use which Use the private rating to learn, and the Google ask to grow your public reputation.
No ratings coming in? Confirm the toggle is on for that line, and remember the prompt only appears after a visit is marked done — a visitor who leaves early is never asked.
