Branding on visitor pages
Your visitor pages wear your brand — from day one of your trial, not just after it. Your logo and business name lead; turnda keeps only a small "Powered by turnda" footer.
Whose brand shows
| Your account | What visitors see |
|---|---|
| Live — inside the 30-day trial, or subscribed | Your company name and logo lead the join page, the tracker and the kiosk, with a small “Powered by turnda” footer always there too. |
| Trial ended without subscribing | Falls back to turnda's own mark — the only account this happens to, because it can't serve visitors anyway. |
Setting your brand
Set it once in Business brand (owner-only) — your company name and a logo (PNG, JPEG, WEBP, GIF or SVG, up to 256 KB). It's one brand for your whole account, inherited by every location.
Where it appears
Your name and logo show at the top of the join and waiting pages and on the kiosk. Per-surface colours and text are tuned in Visitor pages — the name and logo themselves come from Business brand.
When there is no logo to show
If you have set a business name but no logo — or if your logo file ever fails to load — the page shows a small square with your initials instead. It never shows a broken-image icon.
How the initials are worked out
| Your name | The initials shown |
|---|---|
| Northside Dental Group | ND — first letters of the first two words |
| In & Out Barbers | IO |
| Nomad | NO — first two letters, for a one-word name |
Your logo is shown at a fixed height with its own width, so a wide wordmark stays wide and is never cropped into a square. A very small image will look soft blown up — upload the largest version you have.
Where the line and branch name print
| Page | What shows |
|---|---|
| Self-booking, and the WhatsApp-join page | A small line under your name: the line and the branch, for example “Walk-ins · Northside Dental”. It answers “which poster did I just scan?” The branch half is dropped when it simply repeats the line name — so an ordinary single-counter shop does not read “Front desk · Front desk”. |
| Your customer's own booking page | The line name on its own. |
| The join page, waiting page and counter tablet | Neither — somebody who has scanned your poster and is standing in front of you does not need telling where they are. |
| A screen that turns a visitor away | The same pair, whether or not you've set a brand — somebody told a line is closed still needs to know which line. |
The "powered by turnda" footer
Every visitor page carries a small lower-case “powered by turnda” at the bottom, on the trial and on a paid account alike. Tapping it opens our site in a new tab — it never takes a customer away from their place in your line.
