Opening hours
Hours are set per line, so a returns desk and a service desk in the same branch can keep different times. Outside its hours a line stops taking walk-ins on its own and re-opens automatically.
Hours live on the line, not the location. That's deliberate — it lets one branch run several lines on different schedules. On the Locations hub, open a line's Line settings and go to the Open hours section.
Your weekly hours
- Choose Set open hours. The alternative, Always open, is covered below.
- Switch each weekday to Open or Closed.
- On an open day, pick a start and end time. From a tidy 15-minute grid. A new open day starts at 09:00–18:00 — adjust to taste.
Times are shown in the location's own time zone So what you see is what your visitors see.
Lunch breaks & special days

- Windows can't overlap.
- No window may start and end at the same time.
- Closing at midnight is 24:00, at the bottom of the list — not 00:00, which is read as closing at midnight the NEXT night.
Open past midnight
A bar or a late kitchen sets a closing time earlier than its opening time — Saturday 18:00–02:00. That is one Saturday entry, and the row says runs past midnight so you can see it.
The shift belongs to the day it started Marking Sunday Closed does not cut it off at midnight — Sunday closed means you are not opening again on Sunday evening.
- A day can hold two windows.
- A window that runs past midnight has to be the last one — nothing can follow it, because it already reaches the end of the day.
Always open, and closing for a week
Turning every day off is not the same as Always open A week with every day Closed means the line is closed — that is how you shut for a holiday week, and visitors are told you are closed.
- If you meant "we never close", pick Always open instead.
- The editor warns you before you save an all-closed week.
- Run around the clock? Choose Always open — there is no schedule at all, so there are no hours to police.
- Otherwise, turnda quietly stops new joins when you close and lets them back in when you next open — you never have to remember to flip a switch.
People joining when you're closed? Check the line's own hours (not the location's) and your time zone in Location details — a wrong zone shifts every open/close by hours.
