Account, location, area & station
turnda is built from four pieces that nest inside each other — your account holds locations, each location runs one or more areas (lines), and staff serve people from stations. Get these four and the whole app makes sense.
Same words everywhere. These four names are used consistently across setup, the dashboard, reports and permissions — so once they click, every screen reads the same way.
Account — your business

Location — a place you operate

Area — a line people join

Don't over-split. Make a second area only when a line is truly served separately (different desk, different rule). Two staff working the same line are two stations on one area — not two areas.
