Location details
On the Locations hub, the Location details row opens the Location settings pop-up on its Details section — the settings that shape everything else the branch does.
Name, time zone & language
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Name | What visitors see on the join page. Their tracking link shows your business name instead — use the branch name here that visitors at this branch know. |
| Time zone | Anchors all times for the branch. |
| Language | Sets the language this branch's visitors see on the join, kiosk and TV pages, and the language of the WhatsApp and email messages they receive. Leave it on “Use your business language” unless this branch really is different. If you've also set a language in the Visitor pages designer, that one wins on the join, kiosk and TV pages — this setting still governs WhatsApp and email. |
Ticket numbers & check-in
Ticket numbers are shaped on each lineA single waiting line inside a location — the thing people join. Also called an area., not here — Line settings → Visitor page & privacy holds these two.
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Ticket number digits (1–5) | Pads every number to at least this width — 7 shows as 0007 at four digits; 1 keeps plain numbers. |
| First number each day | The number the day's first guest gets. It starts again every morning. Set it to 1001 so a new business doesn't look like it's on guest 4. |
Check-in policy
| Option | What it means |
|---|---|
| Anywhere (the default) | People join from their phone via your QR code or link. |
| Station only | Self check-in is off. A visitor who scans the QR is asked to see a staff member, and staff add every walk-in on-site. |
Google reviews
Turn on Ask served visitors for a Google review (it's on out of the box) and finished visitors are invited to leave one — on their tracker's "visit ended" screen, and by a one-tap email when they left an address.
- It stays completely dormant until you paste your Google review link — a default-on switch can never send a broken link.
- The same person isn't asked again within the window you set in Don't ask the same person again for — every visit, 7, 14, 30 or 90 days; 30 by default.
- It's a gentle, unobtrusive nudge, never a message you pay for.
- One exception: time zone is owner-only — a manager can edit everything here except the time zone.
- Deleting a location removes its lines too, in the same press — visit history is kept either way.
