Settings, at a glance

The Settings page is a directory of cards — everything you can configure for your whole account, grouped by section, each card taking you straight to its page. Here is the full map.

Card	What happens	Who can
Business brand	Your company name and logo, shown on every visitor-facing screen and poster.	Owner
Visitor-page look	The welcome message and colours of your join and lobby-TV pages.	Anyone on the team
Customer language	The one language your visitors are shown and messaged in, account-wide, unless a branch overrides it.	Owner
Queue defaults	Holds the Priority tiers card, plus the Weekly digest and Cross-location transfer switches.	Anyone on the team
Line settings	Serving rule, max-wait and capacity. This card is a signpost — each line has its own, set in Locations.	Anyone on the team
WhatsApp	The switch, the message allowance, and which moments send a message.	Anyone on the team
Email	The sender address and the editable wording of each message.	Anyone on the team
Manager permissions	What your managers are allowed to do.	Owner
Your dashboard language	The language and reading direction of your own dashboard.	Anyone on the team
Profile & recovery email	Your name and the two emails on your account.	Anyone on the team
Privacy & retention	How long visitor data is kept, your data agreement, exporting your data, and a customer's data request.	Anyone on the team

Close account	Closes your account. Reversible for a short window afterwards.	Owner

Finding a setting fast

The Search settings… box at the top of the page finds a card by a plain word — “logo”, “retention” or “allowance” — so you never need to know which section it lives in.
The app-wide search shortcut (Ctrl+K) does the same job from anywhere in the app, not just this page.

The live status badge on every card

Badge	What it means
Set	You configured it.
On / Off	The position of a switch.
Using default	Still on the standard value — fine as it is.
Needs attention	Something here needs finishing.

Owner-only cards

Five cards are the owner's alone — Business brand, Customer language, Manager permissions, Billing & subscription, and Close account. A manager simply does not see them, so there is never a locked door to knock on. Everything a manager can see, they can use.

Looking for a per-line setting? Serving order, capacity, hours and the visitor page's privacy are set per line, in Locations → the line's Line settings. Every limit and its current value is also listed on Limits & quotas.
