Board look & sound
The Whole board tab holds the settings that apply to the entire screen — its look, how pages rotate, how a call flashes, the screen itself, and the sound it makes when someone's called.
Colours & type
Start with the shortcut, because it does most of the work in one tap. At the top of the tab: “Set it up for my kind of shop” — “Fills in wording, colours and what the left column is called.”
It offers four choices, and picking one rewrites all three at once.

- The calm paper colours.
- The left column relabelled Room.
- Customer names turned off.
- A colour scheme — Dark, Light, Paper, or My colours (your brand).
- A highlight colour — paints the title bars and the called number.
- Text size, a font (Clean, Rounded, Classic serif, Bold display), corner style, spacing, and an outline around each section.
The Background control — three layers, in a fixed order

You can also set “Language on the screen” and override the individual words — “Now serving”, “Next up”, “Waiting”, “Missed” and the words beside the QR code.
Pages & flashing
Turn on "Rotate through pages" and set how many seconds each page shows (2–120); the panel tells you how long a full turn takes.

Chime or spoken number
Under "When a number is called", pick Play a chime (a short beep, so the screen beeps rather than staying silent), Say the number, or No sound.

| Say the number | A voice (Warm, Clear or Neutral), how fast it speaks, and the phrase itself — “Number {number}, please go to {point}”, with those two filled in for you. If your board announces in more than one language, each call is announced once per language, in the order listed. |
| No sound | The screen only flashes. There is nothing else to set. |
