It costs nothing. Unlike a WhatsApp or email nudge, the banner just appears on screens people are already watching — so use it freely whenever a wait creeps up.
What it is

Setting one
- Open a line's Line settings → the Visitor page & privacy section.
- Type your message into Running-late banner. For example, "Running about 15 minutes behind — thanks for your patience!"
- Save. It appears instantly, at no cost.
Clearing it
- Empty the message and save — the banner disappears from the TV and all trackers.
- Keep it current: an outdated “running late” when you're on time undermines trust.
Need to actually notify people? The banner is display-only. To message individuals, that's WhatsApp, email or the tracking link — those are separate.
